Voluntary Repossessions

The customer voluntarily surrenders collateral and our investigative team creates arrangements to secure the wanted vehicle.

Involuntary Repossessions

Skip Status: The customer is uncooperative. A Skiptracer actively investigates the account for new information to locate and secure the delinquent collateral.

Fraud Status: A high priority or difficult skip account. A team of Skiptracers are assigned to the account to discover new information and ultimately locate and secure the vehicle.
