MVTRAC can help you with your technical support needs quickly and easily by secure, encrypted remote access. We use the leader in remote computer management, LogMeIn Rescue.
Each remote session can only be initiated by you! We supply you with a unique, 6-digit PIN code which can only be used once.
To Get Started
First call our Customer Support at +1 866-939-3494 to schedule your remote Help Desk session. Please have your laptop number handy for reference. Our staff will schedule the next mutually available time and give you helpful preparation instructions.
Connecting
At your appointment, our technician will provide you with a unique, 6-digit PIN code. Enter that code below and click “Connect to Technician.” When asked by your browser, choose “Run” or “Open.”
System Requirements
In order to use our LogMeIn Rescue Interactive Assistance tool, your system must be one of the following:
* For Windows: Windows Vista, XP & Server 2000 (all including 64-bit); Windows 98, ME & 2000.
* For Macintosh: OS X 10.4 or later.
