Q: What do you like the most about working here?
A: This company thrives on the team approach. When there are problems to be solved or a goal that needs to be reached we all come together. Upper management recognizes employees’ individual strengths and can create a team instantly to communicate with clients, agents, debtors, and 3rd parties.
Q: How has MVTrac helped you grow since working here?
A: If you can work in the repossession industry and be successful you can do any job on the planet. MVTrac provided me with the tools to be confident in dealing with clients, compliance issues, and the day to day grind of operations. “You’re only as good as your last performance” and this company helps challenge me to be better today than I was yesterday.

A: I am currently a part of the Operations Team and provide support and performance oversight for all facets of the business.
