Who is allowed to retrieve the unit?
Only the authorized party(s) listed on the release from the finance company will be permitted to retrieve the unit. A valid driver’s license is also required.

No, all appointments are scheduled in advance, and same-day appointments are not permitted.
Is the unit stored with MVTRAC?
Where is the unit stored?
The unit is stored at one of our repossession agent’s lots. MVTRAC does not store the unit.

How will I know if there are any fees owed at the time of release when picking up my unit?
Are there any fees due at the time of release?
The finance company determines if any fees are due at the time of release and the amount. MVTRAC will not have the fee details until your finance company has sent MVTRAC the release instructions and you are authorized to redeem your unit.
What if you have paid your finance company and MVTRAC has advised they have not received the release authorization?
What should I do if MVTRAC has not received the release authorization after I have paid my finance company?
Once you have paid the finance company and they have advised you are authorized to redeem the unit, it may take up to 24 hours for the finance company to send the release to MVTRAC. You can contact your finance company to inquire about when MVTRAC should expect the redemption release.
